PURPOSE:To cook rice in accordance with the optimal heating pattern from the early time of rice cooking. CONSTITUTION:A rice-cooking course is selected from rice-cooking courses different in the ratio of cooked rice weights. The early temperature of water just after the starting of the rice cooking and the amount of the cooked rice in a container 6 are detected with a container sensor 18. A heating pattern is set in response to the early temperature of the water and the amount of the cooked rice in the container 6, and the heating of the rice-cooking heater 15 is controlled. Thereby, the heating of the container 6 can be performed in a heating pattern responding to the rice-cooking course from the approximately early time of the rice-cooking operation. |
