PURPOSE:To provide an ion selective electrode having an ion sensitive film of a complicated shape. CONSTITUTION:A flow cell 1 is formed with a channel 2, which contains an ion sensitive film 3, an internal electrode 4, a lead 5 and an external terminal 6. The electrode 4 is meshed, and buried in the film 3. As a material of the electrode 4, fine metal wires are assembled in a meshed state for use. Accordingly, a shape of the film 3 is obtained without reducing an effective contact area of the electrode 4 in contact with the film 3 to obtain high adhesive properties with the electrode 4. |
