POLYURETHANE PAVEMENT METHOD AND BOUNDARY BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement method by which the polyurethane surface course is not separated, in a polyurethane pavement used for all-weather athletic stadiums or the like. SOLUTION: A permeable concrete binder course 2 is formed on a base 1. The binder course 2 has 15-25% of continuous void. Flowable unsaturated polyurethane is poured onto the binder course 2 to form a polyurethane surface course 3. Since polyurethane is cured in a state that the polyurethane bites in the void of the permeable concrete surface course 2, an anchoring effect is provided hence the adhesive strength is high and, the polyurethane surface course 3 is prevented from being peeled off.
