PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To physically control termites without causing an environmental pollution and a chemical allergy in human. SOLUTION: This terminate-controlling sheet 1 is obtained by adhering a core material 13 to one side of a nonwoven fabric 11 with an adhesive 12 and then further adhering a cloth or a meshed fabric comprising a sheet 15 formed from glass fibers as a raw material to the core material with an acrylic adhesive 14. Therefore, the invasion of terminates on the inside of a border comprising the terminate-controlling sheet can perfectly be prevented, because the terminates can not bite and tear the glass fiber sheet 15.
