PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing birds from flying and coming, which can permanently maintain the flying-preventing effect. SOLUTION: This device for preventing the birds from flying and coming has a ring-like permanent magnet 10, a glass ball 20, and reflection plates 30a, 30b comprising a non-magnetic material at positions corresponding to the iris, pupil, and white part of an eye, respectively. The device for preventing the birds from flying and coming is rotatably supported with a key ring 50. The eye shape intimidation effect can furthermore be enhanced, when the magnetic field, the reflected light and the like are changed.
