PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding which has good body pressure dispersing performance and gives a good sleep feeling. SOLUTION: A mattress (bedding) 1 the whole of which is formed of a polyurethane (elastic member) has a three layer structure having a lower layer part 2 in an approximately rectangle form, a middle layer part 3 having a groove portion 5 in an approximately grid form formed on the lower layer part 2 and an upper layer part 4 having a plurality of projection portions 6 formed on the middle layer part 3. The groove portion 5 has a groove the cross section of which is round and the middle layer part 3 (columnar thing 3a) divided by this groove portion 5 has the side in a constricted form.
