PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive optical component good in optical capacity by eliminating such a phenomenon that a resin formed into the member adjacent to an optical element gets mixed in the optical element at the time of molding of the optical element to form the optical element containing no foreign matter and high in transparency. SOLUTION: Transparent PMMA is injected in the primary cavity 21 formed by a male mold 19 and a primary female mold 20 to form a leading end lens 14 by a primary molding process for two-color molding, and, thereafter, the primary female mold 20 and the male mold 19 are separated. Next, a secondary female mold 22 is set to the male mold 19 and, herein, black PMMA is injected in the secondary cavity formed by the male mold 19, the molded leading end lens 14 and the secondary female mold 22 to form a support 15 by a secondary molding process for two-color molding. By this constitution, the contacts of the leading end lens 14 and the support 15 are welded to form an integrated optical component. |
