PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new molecular compound having high performance in the technological fields including selective separation, chemical stabilization, nonvolatilization, sustained releasing and pulverization of useful substances. SOLUTION: This new molecular compound is obtained by the use of a sulfur-containing compound of formula (I) [wherein, R is H, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, (substituted) 2-6C alkenyl, (substituted) aryl, Cl or Br; m is an integer of 0, 1 or 2; and Z is a group of formula (II) to (V) (wherein, R and m are each the same as mentioned above; W is H or a 1-6C alkyl; Y is a direct bond, 1-3C alkylene or phenylene)].
