PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain effective utilization of a rearward space of a side panel. SOLUTION: A side panel 35 is formed in the upper of a fender 21 of a right side rear wheel 18, a rear panel 46 is provided to extend integrally with this side panel 35, in its rearward, and a protecting cover 62 is provided under this rear panel 46. By arranging a control computer 44 in a prescribed space formed between the rear panel 46 and the protecting cover 62, effective utilization of a rearward space of the side panel 35 can be attained, and by arranging the control computer 44 under the rear panel 46, a wiring distance between this control computer 44 and the side panel 35 is made shorter.
