PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device which performs positioning and fixing of the workpiece by operating one cylinder. SOLUTION: In a clamp device 20, when the parallel link system (swing arm 23, clamp arm 24, first link 25 and second link 26) changes from a lying position to a standing position by operating a cylinder 35, since a swing arm 23 in the standing position is regulated by a second stopper 32 to rotate in the bottom mold direction, a clamp arm 24 in the standing position is rotated in the clamp direction. In this way, the work guide 27 comes into contact with a work W loaded on the bottom mold 40 and performs positioning on this. The clamp arm 24 clamps down the work W on the bottom mold 40 using a clamp click. Accordingly, positioning and fixing of the work is performed by the one operating a cylinder 35.
