PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for covering a bottle mouth of a bottle for mushroom cultivation capable of readily scratching off the mushrooms growing into a spread state into a spherical shape from the bottle mouth of the bottle for cultivating the mushrooms. SOLUTION: This cap 10 for cultivation of the mushrooms 66 is obtained by opening a hole 16 for passing the mushrooms 66 growing in the upper part of the bottle mouth 22 therethrough in the nearly center of a cap ceiling wall 12 for covering the bottle mouth 22 of the bottle for cultivating the mushrooms 66. A cylindrical body 18 is stood in series on the peripheral edge of the hole 16. Thereby, the periphery in the intermediate part of the mushrooms 66 passing through the hole 16 and elongating to the upper side of the cap 10 can be covered with the cylindrical body 18 to prevent the intermediate part of the mushrooms 66 from growing in a state thereof bulged to the outside. A gap 40 in which fingers of a hand for scratching off the mushrooms 66 elongating to the upper side of the cap 10 is formed between the mushrooms 66 and the cap ceiling wall 12.
