PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modifier for anionic polymerization of conjugated diene, or conjugated diene and aromatic vinyl compound, showing the advantage relating to a method for preparing the modifier and a method for controlling microstructure, when an extremely small amount of the modifier is introduced additionally into a thermally stable ligand having an active anion chain terminal. SOLUTION: This modifier is based on aminoether shown by formula (I).
