<p>A method for producing a fullerene water which comprises burning a mixed gas of hydrogen and oxygen in a vessel having high pressure water and burning carbon by the resultant combustion gas, to thereby produce a fullerene water which comprises water and, floating in the water, fullerene particles having water molecules incorporated therein.
