POWDER FILLING APPARATUS, PRESS-MOLDING EQUIPMENT USING IT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SINTERED MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder filling apparatus capable of evenly and quickly filling powder into the cavity of press-molding equipment, press-molding equipment using it, and a method of manufacturing sintered magnet. SOLUTION: The press-molding equipment 10 contains the powder filling apparatus 14. The powder filling apparatus 14 is equipped with a powder vessel 52 and a colliding part member 54 that can be put in collision with the powder vessel 52. At the bottom of the powder vessel 52, a net member 56 that is equipped with a plurality of opening parts 56a that can have powder m pass therethrough, is formed. The colliding part member 54 and the powder vessel 52 are made to collide, and by thus applying percussion force to the powder vessel 52, the powder m stored in the powder vessel 52 is filled through a plurality of the opening parts 56a into the cavity 28 formed within a die 20. The powder m filled in the cavity 28 is press-formed and the formed molding 66 is sintered to manufacture the sintered magnet.
