PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrical component holding tool from coming off from a holder. SOLUTION: A nozzle holding body 122 of an electrical component holding head 44 holds detachably an adsorption nozzle 124. The nozzle holding body 122 holds the adsorption nozzle 124 in a state preventing coming off by mounting a plate spring 178 on the adsorption nozzle 124 for having an engaging face 188 of the plate spring 178 engaged elastically with an inclination 156 of the nozzle holding body 122. A deformation preventing member 200 is engaged slidably with the nozzle holding body 122 for moving in an axial direction of the nozzle holding body 122 between an acting position where a deformation preventing part 208 is engaged with the plate spring 178 for preventing the plate spring 178 from deforming into a coming off allowing state and an escaping position where the deformation preventing part 208 escapes from the plate spring 178. The deformation preventing member 200 moves to the escaping position if the deformation preventing member 200 is always held at the acting position by a compression coil spring 216 and an operating force overcoming an elastic force of the compression coil spring 216 is acted on the deformation preventing member 200. |
