PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support or a base plate for a printing plate having a hydrophilic surface equivalent to that of a support for a conventional anodized printing plate and having small thermal diffusion and to provide a support for a lithographic printing plate capable of forming an image by emitting a laser having a lower energy.
