PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oral administration solution containing iron ions formulated therein, capable of suppressing a rust taste derived from divalent iron ions, having good administrability and applicable to fields of medicines and foods. SOLUTION: This oral administration solution containing the iron ions formulated therein comprises the following ingredients (a) and (b). (a) the divalent iron ions and (b) mucopolysaccharides.
