<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable card base material capable of being processed by a polyvinyl chloride processing machine having skin layers (B) laminated on both surfaces of a core layer (A). SOLUTION: In the biodegradable card base material wherein the core layer (A) and the skin layer (B) are laminated in the order of (B)/(A)/(B)or (B)/(A)/(A)/ (B), the adhesive strength between the respective layers is 6N/cm or more when the biodegradable card base material is processed under a thermal pressure bonding condition wherein the card base material is heated to a thermal pressure bonding temperature of 120 deg.C from 50 deg.C under a pressure of 0.98 MPa over 20 min in a hot press to be held at 120 deg.C for 5 min and subsequently cooled to 50 deg.C over 20 min and the card base material is not less than 20 deg.C in moldable temperature range: the range between the highest and lowest temperatures of the thermal pressure bonding temperature bringing the total thickness of the card base material after processing to 0.68-0.84 mm and the adhesive strength between the respective layers to 6 N/cm or more when thermal pressure bonding temperature is altered to subject the card base material to thermal pressure bonding processing.</p> |
