PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parcel fastening device which can readily and securely fix a parcel on a plate member or release it therefrom, without using a cushioning material when transporting the parcel or the like, and a transporting member which can be made of a light and inexpensive corrugated fiberboard or the like, and in which members can be reused by freely changing them. SOLUTION: At least two or more of fastening belts 30 are formed extending on the front surface of a plate member 20 from throughholes 21 on the plate member 20, and the belts are connected by the medium of an engaging member 35 at one end of extending belts 30 on the front surface, therefore a parcel 50 can be securely fixed at a certain position on the plate member 20.
