PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of floor for a vehicle which can enhance safety of an occupant in the case of frontal collision in the vehicle such as an automobile by a simple means. SOLUTION: In this structure of a floor for a vehicle, provided with a dash panel 4 partitioning an engine room 2 and inside a car room 3 of a vehicle, a floor panel 5 connected under this dash panel 4 to extend rearward the vehicle, and a carpet 9 arranged over both the floor panel 5 and the dash panel 4, a board 10 which is a synthetic resin molded product is integrally mounted in a side opposed to the floor panel 5 and the dash panel 4 of the carpet 9.
