PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change/recompose easily to a member or a cutter unit forming a white-haired spring onion cutter favorable to cut a spring onion according to a difference between the spring onion with a core and that without a core and to remove easily the member or the cutter unit for cleaning a cutter without difficulty after being used. SOLUTION: The cutter unit for the spring onion with the core and that for the spring onion without the core are assembled changeably to an upper inside of a frame body 1. The cutter unit for the spring onion with the core comprises a pair of disc cutter assemblies 12, 13 rotatably mounted on right and left insides of a frame 7 such that their cutter tip parts overlap each other. The cutter unit for the spring onion without the core comprises the disc cutter assemblies and a flexible synthetic resin roller rotatably mounted on right and left insides of the frame such that the cutter tip parts of the disc cutter assembles bite slightly the flexible synthetic resin roller.
