PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately drive a tack on hard thick material by making a gun barrel having a piston between a blank cartridge and a tack a watertight cartridge structure to enable to be changed underwater and continuously drive tacks. SOLUTION: Both of front and rear ends of the gun barrel 31 loaded with the piston 37, the tack 38 and a blank cartridge 39 are sealed with seal members 41, 42 to make the gun barrel 31 watertight. A tip part of the tack 38 water tightly penetrates the front seal member 41 and projects out forward from the tip surface of the gum barrel 31. In a tacker preventing insufficient drive of tacks by making a prepared hole on a member on which the gun barrel 31 is pressed on and making the tack 38 penetrate it, a tack drive position can be easily and accurately found and the tack can be appropriately driven even underwater of bad visibility by making the projecting tip part of the tack 38 fit in the prepared hole.
