PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that the possibility of winning by virtue of the entry of a game ball into a starting port is reduced for the purpose of decreasing the amusingness of a game when the game balls are distributed outside because a conventional monotonous windmill is freely turned clockwise or counterclockwise by a collision between the game balls so as to bring about the distribution of the game balls to the right and left. SOLUTION: The windmill 23, composed of a windmill body 40 and a windmill mounting base plate 50, allows the turning of the windmill body 40 to be switched by a switchable ratchet mechanism between a state of free turning in both right and left directions and a state of turning limited only in one predetermined direction. The paired right and left windmills 23 are installed above a game area 20 of a game board 10. In addition, the turning of the windmills 23 is limited so that a left windmill 23A can be turned only clockwise and so that a right windmill 23B can be turned only counterclockwise, according to the game state of a game machine, for example, a probability variation state, and the respective game balls are guided to a central part.
