PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin-based composite sheet which is useful as a tent material, a frame work material, or the like, has excellent air impermeability, lightweight property, weather resistance, mold release property, surface smoothness, water and oil-repelling properties, water resistance, stain resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, antifouling property, flame retardance, adhesivity to other materials, and the like, and can easily be colored. SOLUTION: This composite sheet comprising a thermally fusing web containing branched fluororesin staple fibers and a base fabric comprising a woven fabric or knitted fabric and bonded to the web, is characterized in that the bonds of the web to the base fabric are the anchoringly interlaced bonds of the fibers in the web with the base fabric, in that the fibers in the web interlaced with the base fabric are formed by thermally fusing the fibers each other, and further in that a fluororesin coating film is formed on the surface of the web.
