The photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer provided on an electrically conductive support which has a sealed alumite film, a surface layer of said electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a hardenable siloxane resin having charge transportability or a hardenable siloxane resin comprising a partial structure having charge transportability.
