PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly discharge a coating material over the entire region of a discharge orifice even in a coating nozzle having a large aspect ratio and to prevent the clogging of the discharge orifice with mixed foreign matter to stably perform discharge. SOLUTION: Since the resistance of a flow passage is increased by the filter 8 provided in front of the discharge orifice 2 of the coating nozzle when the coating material D supplied from a supply port 5 is discharged from the discharge orifice 2 through a liquid sump part 6, the coating material D is dispersed to the entire region of the discharge orifice 2 to be adjusted to uniform pressure. Since foreign matter can be removed immediately before the discharge orifice 2, the clogging of the discharge orifice 2 can prevented to enable stable discharge. |
