EXCAVATION SYSTEM FOR TUNNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation system for a tunnel capable of automatically indicating a supporting erecting position and reducing a cost of the whole system when the supporting is erected along a tunnel cutting section. SOLUTION: Laser indication devices 20A and 20B is made to coincide their vertical center axes 01 with each other to integrally assemble them on automatic following type total stations 10A and 10B constituting a position detecting means of an excavator body 2. Visible laser beams Y1 and Y2 parallel with the mirror axis Q1 of a light receiving mirror 12 of the automatic following type total stations 10A and 10B are emitted, and an intersection P with the visible laser beams Y1 and Y2 is so controlled that it is capable of automatically making laser indication at a site of a supporting setting space D corresponding to the supporting erecting position set in advance.
