摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire traveling control method exhibiting excellent wire turning workability and improved traveling speed and capable of giving accurate tensile strength to a processing part by reducing a number of a pulley. SOLUTION: At start of operation, a plural groove roller driving motor 28, a supply reel driving motor 21 and a recovery reel driving motor 23 are normally rotated and a wire (a) is traveled at a low speed. A speed ratio of the driving motor 21 and the driving motor 23 with respect to the driving motor 28 is calculated at a time when traveling of the wire (a) is stabilized. The respective driving motors 21, 23 and 28 are simultaneously started at a high speed on the basis of the speed ratio. Next, the speed ratio of the driving motor 21 and the driving motor 23 with respect to the driving motor 28 at the high speed traveling is stored. The respective driving motors 21, 23 and 28 are controlled to reversely rotate with the stored speed ratio at returning traveling of the wire (a), which is repeated at reciprocating traveling of the wire (a) thereafter.
