PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp cleaner requiring lower cost and improving the handling workability of a pipe communicating with a washing liquid tank. SOLUTION: The head lamp cleaner 10 comprises a cylinder 12 and an expansion nozzle 18 having a piston portion 22 arranged therein, the expansion nozzle 18 being driven by the liquid pressure of a washing liquid supplied into the cylinder 12. A pump housing 46 for storing a pump motor 50 and an impeller 56 constituting a washing liquid pump for supplying the washing liquid into the cylinder 12 is integrally mounted to the cylinder 12 in the state of communicating with the cylinder 12. Therefore, no pressure tightness is required for the pipe via which the washing liquid tank communicates with a host joint portion 62 as a pump suction portion, the pipe is reduced in costs and the handling workability of the pipe is improved by using the soft pipe.
