PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball lifting device with excellent lifting efficiency. SOLUTION: By providing a rotary mixing tray (19) around a short-length cylindrical body (7) for introducing pachinko balls to the helical groove (13) of a helical body (11) and mixing the supplied pachinko balls by the rotation of the rotary mixing tray (19), the pachinko balls are supplied from the pachinko ball supply direction back side of the short-length cylindrical body (7) as well. Thus, the short-length cylindrical body (7) is supplied with the pachinko balls from the supply direction back side as well in addition to the supply direction, and as a result, the efficiency of lifting the pachinko balls is improved.
