<p>Novel compounds having the structure (I) where R1 is a lower alkyl group, R2, R3, R4 and R5 is each independently hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, R6 is hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, an alkylidene group or a lower alkenyl group and R7 is hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, have desirable odour properties, possibly of a blackcurrant, green, buchu, cassis nature, and find use in perfumes and perfumed products.</p> |
