The invention relates to a device for compacting grout (12) in the gaps between paving stones (10), comprising a vibration device (3). Said device has at least one roller (1), on whose outer surface (1') nubs (7; 9) which project radially outwards are arranged so that they can be elastically deflected. The vibration device (3) is mounted on a support plate (2) and the vibrations generated by said vibration device (3) are transmitted by the nubs (7; 9) both to the paving stones (10) and directly to the surface of the grout (12). The advantages of said device are that the grout is well compacted and a homogeneous, air-tight surface of said grout is achieved. The device preferably has a single roller (1), with a support plate (2) located on the interior, or two parallel rollers (1), with a vibration device (3) located on the support plate (2) between the rollers (1). |
