CONSTITUTION: Source wiring 126 at a pixel part 205 is formed of a low resistance material (typically, aluminum, silver or copper). Source wiring of a drive circuit is fabricated by the same process as that of the gate wiring 162 or the pixel electrode 163 at the pixel part. |
