PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a healthful stick to stimulate acupuncture points of the abdomen, therefore, the healthful stick can prevent and cure disorders of the body. CONSTITUTION: The healthful stick has a cylindrical shape having a convex(9) center and is formed by one cylinder or several cylinders. And the healthful stick contains circular projections(8) attached to the surface of the cylinder, wherein the projections(8) are arranged at a regular interval, a central shaft for the smooth rotation, and handles(1) fixed to the both ends of the shaft.
