PURPOSE: A real-time call taxi calling service system using the wireless Internet and a method thereby are provided to conveniently and easily achieve the calling of a call taxi at any time and anywhere even though a client doesn't know the telephone number of a call taxi company. CONSTITUTION: A real-time call taxi calling service system using the wireless Internet is comprised of a client(11), a wireless communication network service provider(12), a contents service center(13), a plurality of call taxi company control centers(14), and a plurality of call taxis(15). The client(11) possesses a wireless Internet terminal. The wireless communication network service provider(12) is connected with the wireless Internet terminal of the client(11). The contents service center(13) receives location information using the client(11)'s terminal and the information of a base station from the wireless communication network service provider(12) and possesses a database for the map information of each area. The call taxi company control centers(14), connected with the contents service center(13) through a communication network, receive the information of taxi calling clients. The call taxis(15) are connected with the call taxi company control centers(14) through a wireless communication network. |
