PURPOSE: A flash device charged within a short time is provided to charge rapidly the flash device by boosting a voltage applied to the flash device, charging the boosted voltage, and charging a driving voltage according to a flashing operation of the flash device. CONSTITUTION: A power supply portion(10) supplies a constant DC voltage. A first boosting portion(20) is connected to an output terminal of the power supply portion(10) in order to boost an input DC voltage to a high voltage. An energy charge portion(30) is connected to an output terminal of the first boosting portion(20) in order to charge the high voltage. A second boosting portion(40) is connected to an output terminal of the energy charge portion(30) in order to boost the charged voltage. A trigger portion(50) is connected to an output terminal of the second boosting portion(40) in order to output a trigger signal. A flash discharge portion(60) is connected to an output terminal of the trigger portion(50) in order to discharge the high voltage. A high voltage charge portion(70) is connected to an output terminal of the flash discharge portion(60) in order to charge the high voltage.
