A joint prosthesis, in particular a knee joint prosthesis, for producing a joint connection between a first bone and at least one second bone, comprises a first component (1), at least indirectly connected to the first bone, at least one second component (2), upon which the second bone is at least indirectly supported and which lies in a displaceable manner on a support surface (21) of the first component (1) and a guide element (13), connected to the first component (1) and engaging with the second component (2) in order to limit a translational movement of the second component (2) relative to the first component (1). The guide element (13) engages with the second component (2), by means of a bearing body (30), rotatably supported in the second component (2), whereby the bearing body (30) permits a rotation of the guide element (13) relative to the second component (2). |
