PURPOSE: A construction method of a building using an architectural stone panel is provided to reduce construction expenses, to shorten the period of construction and to improve waterproofing and water-stopping effects. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a building using an architectural stone panel comprises the steps of: installing many trusses(200) provided with a pair of bearing wings(211,212) projected toward both sides of a pipe-shaped body(210) on a slab(300) of a steel framed building; and installing stone panels(100) provided with a step(111) to the wings(211,212) of the truss(200).
