PURPOSE: An underwater boat is provided to enjoy swimming and an underwater tour at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An underwater boat is submerged if letting air out of the underwater boat and the underwater boat rises to the surface if filling the underwater boat with air. The underwater boat comprises a space to seat(1), a space for acting of buoyancy(2), a weight(3) to sink the boat, an air compressor inhaling air from the outside(4), an air pipe(5), a safety apparatus(6) preventing the underwater boat from being completely submerged, a safety weight(7) keeping the balance according to the weight of passengers and making the boat rise to the surface in an emergency, a battery(8) for power supply of the air supplying device, a valve for supplying and shutting-off air(9), and a reserve oxygen storage(10). The underwater boat is made of plastic or strengthened glass.
