PURPOSE: A cushion sleeve for a pneumatic cylinder is provided to form orifices from an end part of the cushion sleeve to a front end part of the cushion sleeve contacting a piston for simplifying the manufacturing work with improved productivity, wherein the orifices have smaller diameters toward the front end and are disposed symmetrically in the diameter direction. CONSTITUTION: A cushion sleeve for a pneumatic cylinder includes a cylindrical body(30) fixed at least at a side of a piston, a plurality of orifices(34,36,38) perforated with different diameters(d1-d3) symmetrically in the diameter direction on outer circumferential surface of the body and separated in the axial direction, a plurality of circumferential grooves(46,48,50) formed on inner circumferential surface of the body and communicating the orifices symmetrical to each other in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of rectilinear grooves(52) formed on the inner circumferential surface of the body in the axial direction for communicating the circumferential grooves.
