PURPOSE: A positive photosensitive resin precursor composition and a display device prepared by using the composition are provided, wherein the composition can be subjected in an alkaline developer. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises a polyamide acid ester and/or a polyamide acid having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a phenolic hydroxyl group, a sulfonic acid group and a thiol group at the terminal of a polymer main chain; a compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group; and an esterified quinonediazide compound. The display device comprises a primary electrode formed on a substrate; an insulation layer formed on the primary electrode and prepared by using the composition; and a secondary electrode.
