PURPOSE: A vibration absorbing structure of a truck cargo loading part is provided to prevent the vibration generated while the truck is running from being transmitted to the cargo loading part by mounting a vibration absorbing structure when coupling an auxiliary frame with a chassis frame, thereby extending the lifespan of the cargo loading part. CONSTITUTION: A vibration absorbing structure of a truck cargo loading part includes a shock absorbing pad(40) formed of rubber and attached between a chassis frame of the truck and auxiliary frame of the cargo loading part, and a plurality of spring washer(30) mounted to a nut(25) for fixing a bolt which connects the chassis frame with the auxiliary frame.
