PURPOSE: To quickly and easily optimize a parameter of industrial equipment, or to quickly and easily solve a trouble in the industrial equipment. CONSTITUTION: A factory 100 is connected to a vender 200 via a data communication network 300. A controller 120 gives an operation power for the industrial equipment selectively to a factory side operation device 130 and a vender side operation device 210 arranged in a distant site. The operation device provided with the operation power operates the industrial equipment 110 and obtains information showing an operation condition.
