PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing liquor and beverage using dried fruits of Ficus cariaca which have high sugar content, and high quality flavor and taste. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing liquor and beverage using dried fruits of Ficus cariaca comprises the steps of: drying the fruits of Ficus cariaca; adding ethanol or soju, or honey into the dried fruits of Ficus cariaca in a ratio of 20:1 and extracting active ingredients from the dried fruits of Ficus cariaca by osmosis method; mixing 0.05 to 2.5 wt.% of the Ficus cariaca fruit extract with grape, citron juice, honey, ginseng, pine tree leaf juice; and inserting the mixture into a bottle; and pasteurizing and sealing it.
