PURPOSE: The stuffing of a pillow having properties of good ventilation, deodorization, and sterilization with maintaining a suitable temperature and a humidity is provided. CONSTITUTION: The stuffing of a pillow comprises a main stuffing body consisting of an inner element having inserting holes and air holes, and stoppers for closing the inserting holes; mixed power fillers consisting of yellow ocher, mugwort, charcoal, salt, resin and, jade and to be inserted through the inserting holes and; a cover in which a material emitting infrared ray is applied.
