PURPOSE: A teeth cleaning composition and foods containing the same composition are provided, thereby effectively inhibiting the formation of dental calculus. CONSTITUTION: The teeth cleaning composition comprises 1.0 to 99.0 wt.% of sugar-alcohol, 0.01 to 10.0 wt.% of potassium bisphosphate, 0.01 to 10.0 wt.% of potassium triphosphate, 0.05 to 1.5 wt.% of natural cow bone calcium, 0.01 to 1.0 wt.% of dextranase as a dental calculus removing agent, and 0.01 to 5.0 wt.% of seaweed components selected from seaweed, seaweed extract and mixture thereof, in which the sugar-alcohol is selected from xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, erythritol and isomalt; the seaweed is selected from Volvocales, Ulvales, Caulerpales, Fucales, Ectocarpales, Laminariales, Bangiales, Gelidiales and Cryptonemiales.
