PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate for a liquid crystal display, a method of fabricating the substrate and a method of repairing the substrate are provided to repair an opened gate line by forming a repair line and using laser. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor substrate for a liquid crystal display includes an insulating substrate, gate lines(21) formed on the insulating substrate, and data lines(61) that are insulated from the gate line and intersect the gate line to define pixel regions. The thin film transistor substrate further includes a pixel electrode(80) formed on each of the pixel regions, and a plurality of repair lines(65). The repair lines are superposed on the gate lines, formed of the same layer as the data lines and divided by the pixel regions. The substrate also has a plurality of repair line connectors for connecting the repair lines.
