PURPOSE: A construction structure for a composite exterior panel is provided to prevent dewing and to improve soundproofing effectively. CONSTITUTION: The construction structure for a composite exterior panel comprises the steps of fixing a frame connected vertically and horizontally to a structure(1) by fasteners(2a,2b), and fixing an exterior panel composed of a fiber insulating material(4) and a metal plate or a stone plate to the frame, wherein the frame contains C-shaped channels(3a,3b) for fitting the end of the fiber insulating material(4), a hard insulating material(5) attached to the outside of the C-shaped channels(3a,3b) and a water-resistant soundproof board(7) attached between the hard insulating material(5) and the exterior board.
