PURPOSE: An electric boiler using electricity available on deep night is provided to improve a heat efficiency by preventing a heat loss due to a sharp heat transmission. CONSTITUTION: An electric power control portion(4) is connected to an inlet port(2) to wait for an operation commend. A heat accumulation portion(6) is connected to the electric power control portion and heats a water to store the resulting heat. A heat exchange portion(14) is connected to the heat accumulation portion and to transmit heat of the heated hot water to a cold water. A heating pipe line(22) is connected to a part of the heat exchange portion and provided with a bottom of an inner room. The heat accumulation portion consists of a tank(8) formed in a hollow form, a heater(10) fitted within the tank and connected to the electric power control portion and a thermometer sensor(12) fitted in the tank and connected to the electric power control portion.
