<p>One form of the present invention includes a computer network (22), an input device (34), and a computer server (30). The computer server (30) is coupled to the network (22) and input device (34), and is programmed to present a publicly accessible description over the network (22). This description includes a reward offer contingent on acceptable development of a technical task. The computer server (30) is responsive to input from the input device (34) to alter the description when it is determined that the task has been acceptably performed. In a further form, the task involves production of a chemical compound sample and chemical analysis equipment (50) is included to evaluate the sample.</p> |
